Mike Jones 

My name is Mike Jones. I’m thrilled to be a managing partner at U1 realty with my partners and friends, Brad and Kayla. The three of us have worked together in some capacity for eight years as agents and transaction coordinator. I am married to the love of my life and we have two beautiful children. We live in a little town right outside of Toccoa, GA. We homeschool and are trying to learn how to homestead. We enjoy the outdoors and all the family time we can get.

I decided to venture into real estate in 2016 after selling a home and buying another. Interestingly enough, my real estate agent was none other than Brad Jones, one of the other managing partners of U1Realty. I enjoyed certain aspects of the real estate selling and buying process so much that I decided to get a real estate license and become a part time real estate
agent with Brad. I’m also a Lieutenant with a metro Atlanta area fire department. Little did I know that together, Brad and I (also a metro Atlanta area firefighter) would work incredibly well and be very successful real estate agents. We have worked with many buyer and seller clients
and have never backed down from a location, property type or challenging client situation. If there is an opportunity to help someone we will do everything we can think of to help them.

I have been a part of three different brokerages during my time as a real estate agent. I have worked with a large, nationwide broker, a medium sized regional broker and then another large nationwide broker. I have found that I function best when the brokerage Im using leaves me alone to run my business the way that I want, pays me quickly, and makes compliance quick and easy. Interestingly enough, brokerages that can do those things are becoming hard to find.

Simply put, that was the inspiration for Brad, Kayla and myself to establish U1 realty. A brokerage that puts agents first. 

We have three goals:
  1. Stay out of your way. No frills, no thrills and no fluff. Just a simple brokerage that is easy to work with so you can focus on your clients. Not brokerage hoops, obstacles and requirements.
  2. Pay you quickly. We know what its like to have a closing on Friday and bills due on Monday.
  3. Easy compliance. No auto emails and constant interference in the name of compliance. Real people will look at your deals and only contact you if there’s an issue. Simple.
